Pat’s Sales has been the discount home improvement destination for over 40 years. Founded in Leesburg, Pat’s Sales has offered it’s Central Florida customers great discounts on building supplies since 1977. What started as a mobile home supply store, has now evolved to offer everything you need for a conventional home. Our 60,000 square foot building is packed with all the latest materials and trends to finish your next project.
We carry quality name brand materials and offer the best price possible for our customers. Our cabinets, doors and flooring offer both quality and value. We are a stocking supplier, and often keep enough materials on hand to complete your project. Pat’s carries a full selection of windows, and we also have a professional kitchen design center to assist with your next renovation.
We buy materials by the truckload and try to pass the savings along to our customers. In addition to the occasional close-out, we also offer many running line products to give your project that professional look. From plumbing to hardware to vinyl siding, we are a one-stop shop.
